All bridal lehengas, shararas, and designer wear can be tailored to your exact measurements. After placing your order, our master atelier stylists contact you via WhatsApp or Email to collect your complete measurement chart (Bust, Waist, Hip, Shoulder, Sleeve Length, and Lehenga/Gharara Length). We also offer virtual fittings and in-person consultations at our Banani, Dhaka atelier.
Yes. Because our couture is handcrafted from raw silk and organza, we accommodate personalized color swatches, modest sleeve lining additions, and customized veil/dupatta lengths for bespoke orders.
Yes. We ship worldwide via premium insured air couriers (DHL Express and FedEx). Delivery to the USA and Canada typically takes 5–7 business days. Delivery to Qatar and GCC nations takes 4–6 business days. Express domestic delivery across Bangladesh takes 2–4 business days.
Once your parcel is dispatched from our workshop, you receive an automated SMS and email with your Carrier Name and Tracking Number. You can also visit our dedicated Track Order page at any time to see milestone progress without logging in.
Our platform automatically serves country-compliant payment options: Clients in Bangladesh pay in BDT via SSLCOMMERZ (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Credit/Debit cards) or Cash on Delivery (requiring a 10% advance online confirmation payment). Clients in the United States pay in USD via Stripe (Apple Pay, Visa, Mastercard, Amex). Clients in Qatar pay in QAR via Qatar Regional Gateway (QPay, NAPS, QNB).
Because our luxury garments undergo final pressing, hand-finishing, and reserved inventory locking, a nominal 10% online advance confirmation is required via SSLCOMMERZ. The remaining 90% is settled upon doorstep delivery by our courier partner.
Ready-to-wear pieces in brand new, unworn condition with security tags attached may be exchanged within 7 days of delivery. Due to the individual handcrafting involved, custom-made bespoke bridal wear is non-refundable once cutting and embroidery have commenced. Free alteration support is provided if sizing needs refinement.
All our garments include 2 inches of internal seam allowance to permit easy adjustments. If you reside in Dhaka, you may visit our Banani atelier for complimentary adjustments. For international clients, we provide direct virtual tailoring guidance.
