All product prices on Anzara are canonically established in United States Dollars (USD). Our centralized pricing service resolves prices into local currencies (Bangladeshi Taka - BDT, Qatari Riyal - QAR, etc.) based on active institutional foreign exchange rates or designated regional overrides.
3. Payment Gateway Enforcement
While customers may browse prices in their preferred viewing currency from the website header, orders at checkout must be processed through the authoritative payment gateway assigned to the shipping destination country:
• Bangladesh: SSLCOMMERZ (bKash, Nagad, Cards) or Cash on Delivery (requiring a 10% online advance confirmation payment).
• United States: Stripe Payments (Credit/Debit Cards & Apple Pay).
• Qatar: Qatar Regional Gateway (QPay / NAPS / QNB).
4. Order Confirmation & Stock Locking
Orders are confirmed upon successful payment verification. To prevent over-selling of limited luxury artisanal pieces, inventory is locked atomically upon order creation. In the event of order cancellation, reserved stock is released back into inventory immediately.
5. Bespoke & Made-to-Measure Orders
Garments designated as bespoke bridal or made-to-measure undergo custom cutting and hand embroidery tailored to your personal measurements. Once fabric cutting begins, bespoke commissions cannot be cancelled or refunded.
