1. 7-Day Ready-to-Wear Exchange Policy
We want you to be completely enamored with your Anzara creation. If a ready-to-wear piece does not fit to your satisfaction, you may request an exchange or size adjustment within seven (7) calendar days of verified courier delivery.
2. Condition Requirements
To qualify for an exchange, the garment must:
• Be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
• Have all original security tags, designer labels, and garment packaging intact.
• Be accompanied by the original invoice or proof of purchase.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and non-returnable:
• Bespoke, made-to-measure, or custom-dyed bridal ensembles.
• Garments that have undergone customized hem or sleeve alterations at the client's request.
• Items purchased under final archive sample sale promotions.
4. Complimentary Alteration Support
All Anzara outfits are constructed with generous internal seam margins (up to 2 inches) allowing for effortless alterations. Clients in Dhaka can bring garments directly to our Banani atelier for complimentary adjustments.
